Aw, hell, I guess I do want to do all of Utena's costumes after all. I had actually wanted to do Utena's Rosebride dress next, but while I've found the perfect seamstress, she was busy with schoolwork at F.I.T. (which I totally understand! School must come first!) right around when I needed her. I really have my heart set on her making that dress, so I decided to push that costume back, and do another one instead.

I had originally thought I could buy this costume made-to-order from eBay, I've certainly seen it in an eBay store before, but as luck would have it it looks like they don't offer it anymore. Panicked, I asked my LiveJournal friends if anyone could make me one, and one friend had another friend who had one for sale. That girl never got back to me, and with only three weeks to the con, I really started to freak out. That's when Patti and Steph stepped in to save the day!
